Title   : Its About Me

On 16 July 1993, at 8.00 a.m. there is quite cute baby girl was born at Hospital Besar Kuala Lumpur. The baby girl had giving a name with Nurkhalidah BT Mohd Said. That’s me.

I grew up in a healthy family. I had only one big brother. My parents both are working, so when I still 5 years old, my parents had send my brother and I to my grandmother, how stay at village house at Perak.  When I was 13 years old, I was move with my family at Ipoh, Perak. I was going to SMK Raja Perempuan to continue my study. After a 3 year, I get offer to continue my study at SMT Kuala Kangsar in Food management field. That was my big opportunity to me to achieve my ambition as a Professional Chef in the world. I have so much passion in food. Now, I’m taking Diploma in Culinary Art at KLMU. I’m quite simple girl, I ‘m talk active person, I like to meets new friends, I am a person who has a lot of interesting and unique things so that I believe that my life looks dynamic. I didn’t care what all people talk or judge about me, if you don’t know me, please don’t judge me, and please don’t judge a book by its cover. I love to try something new, especially in trying a new food. I’m so crazy with green colour. All my stuff is in green, including my car. I also love animal, especially cats. I had more than 10 cats in my house. I hate cruelty on animal. However, I a little bit afraid with snake, crocodile, iguana and their species. So, that's all about me. Thanks for reading.

TITLE : PDA AND LOVE

PDA means public display affection. For example hugging, kissing, and holding hand together in public.

I agree about PDA because, we are ordinary people and we have some felling to do it with someone. Most of PDA is happen with couple. They like to show their felling in public, so it make they felling more romantic with their relationship and make their love more strong because they fell brave enough to show their felling in front of public. But we need to know our limit in public, so it will avoid us from been see so rude and doesn’t respect with other people. So, don’t hugging or kissing with your partner in front of public because it not our culture attitude, but it doesn’t matter u kissing or hugging with your family in public.

 Love is the most complicated ‘things’ to explain. "Love is like war: Easy to begin but hard to end." - Anonymous. For me love is passion, honest and kind. Love is action that we show to our partner with our own way.  Love is feeling comfortable and safe with our partner.

TITLE   : CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS

  1.       King Ferdinand supported Christopher Columbus for his journey is because he believed it would lead to China and the wealth that would come with it and to gain wealth from the Americas!

2.       Christopher Columbus so eager to find the route to India because he wanted spices from there.

3.       The characteristic that I think must the early explorer must have are, they take risks to explore a new things no matter there have so much difficulties. They also need to love adventures and had knowledge about geography and about the sea. They also need to be courage and strong person.

4.       The difficulties that the explorer may get on their journey are the difficulties to find a food. They may get stuck in the middle of the sea for a quite long time. They also may get challenge with weather, running out of fresh fruit or water and they may get some diseases.

     The best thing I ever learned in school is when I in secondary school. When I in secondary school, I was study at Sekolah Menengah Teknik Kuala Kangsar. In that school I was taking food management class. At the first time, I quite worried because I have zero knowledge about it. In this class, I will learn about what have in food, how to prepared food and I also need to enter a kitchen to learned cooking skill. Cooking! That was the most thing that I want to avoid. For my first class, my teacher asking us to cook simple traditional food using a barter, between “roti jala”, “ kuih cara”, or “ kuih ketayap”. I got “kuih ketayap”. Firstly I need cook the barter like a pancake but it more thinly. So for the bad cooker like me, I had burn everything. It was so humiliated. I can cook just a simple dish. From that time I fell so worst I fell like to quick from this class. But my teacher from the cooking class had given me so much advised and motivation to me to achieve my dream. From that I had learned to not easily give up and in cooking industry we need to have so much patient and learned from your mistake. That was the best thing that I ever learned in school.
